Most of you didn’t realize when you came to say hello and pick up that jar for you sister in Canada, or your friend from the office that we were selling a SPICY version. Well it’s kind of our little treat for when you come to see us at Markets, for some of you that dragged your friends all the way from the Upper East Side of Manhattan to Brooklyn just to pick up your little jar. hehe! Besides the heat of an old warehouse we really enjoyed meeting everyone this weekend and hearing your stories of how you heard of us and how you couldn’t wait to get home. Though I heard some jars didn’t even make it home and were consumed in BARS (that made our day) So we really hope you enjoyed yourself at the Market as much as we did and hope you are sporting your new BaconMarmalade pin with pride.  Now some fun exciting news!!! Hester Street Fair May 15th will feature BaconMarmalade, mark it down on your calendars folks! We hope to be sampling away and spreadin’ the bacon love! If you are in the area and already have a jar stop by and say hello, we’d be so happy to see your face again! Who knows what treats we’ll have in store for you ;) and now for all of you Manhattanites who just can’t seem to make it to brooklyn we have got a great surprise for you! Whisk has been so amazing in supporting our little ol’ company! The phones have been ringing and people have been stopping by to pick up a jar or 4!!! I hope everyone is taking the time to walk around the beautiful store, the cookware and kitchen gadgets are plentiful and the cookbooks are top notch. Whisk will also be opening up a pop-up store in the NEW LimeLight Marketplace. check them out on facebook: http://www.facebook.com/pages/New-York-NY/Limelight-Marketplace/123977387675  So look for our jars there!  Opening day is May 7th (this Friday) and Whisk will have a sweet booth set up! So if you haven’t gotten anything for mother’s day yet stop by and pick up a jar and a spoon so she can truly enjoy herself this sunday (if you’re extra nice maybe she’ll share with you)
