Every friday you can go to Acme from 9am - 1pm and get smoked fishies. We made an adventure out of it, Ross needs to seriously get some wellies because I felt like a monster truck going through mounds of snow and slush. We got to sample all of their smoked salmons, hot/cold smoked tuna, and smoked sable. We left with so much but our absolute favorites were: smoked whole trout (!), the pastrami smoked salmon, and last but not least the HOT SMOKED SALMON. wow!
